Most recently, as VP and GM of Content at Policygenius, I owned a $10MM P&L and drove a high-intent, fast-adapting content and CRO strategy that ensured stable revenue during one of the most turbulent periods for organic search in history. I also built a data journalism program that skyrocketed our coverage from top-tier media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg.
At careers site The Muse, where content generated over 40% of company revenue, I revamped both editorial and branded content, growing organic traffic by 20% in my first year. When COVID upended the world of work, I quickly pivoted our branded content offering and streamlined operations to dramatically improve margins and strengthen the business, even as clients tightened their belts.
Zero-to-one experience? I’ve got that too. I co-founded Samada, building a content brand from scratch to help family caregivers navigate end-of-life challenges — then led the company’s sale to Care.com.
Industry-wide shake-ups don’t intimidate me, they energize me. At Time Inc., I played a key role in transforming Health from a print magazine with a separate “dot-com” to a fully integrated digital brand with tens of millions of monthly users. And I'm diving into the current GenAI revolution as a way to empower creatives to work smarter.
